Avalanche Kidz Shines at Boston Bruins Centennial Pass The Torch Showcase

Avalanche Kidz organization was proudly selected one of three participants from across Québec to attend the Boston Bruins’ *Pass The Torch Showcase* 100-Year Centennial game against the Montreal Canadiens. Rosario was chosen as our top candidate for his outstanding progress over the past four months—transforming from a beginner struggling with skating to excelling in competitive live games.

Rosario and his mom, Nadia, were treated to VIP hospitality, flying from Montreal to Boston with all expenses covered, including hotel accommodations. They participated in a tournament at Northeastern University, competing with kids from Massachusetts, and had the incredible opportunity to meet hockey legends like Willie O’Ree, Bruins mascot Blades, Jackson Dorrington from Northeastern University, and other hockey ambassadors.

Additionally, Rosario and Nadia were invited to the TD Garden to watch the game from a private lodge, graciously provided by the Boston Bruins and event organizers. This unforgettable experience truly reflects the core values of sportsmanship, community, family, and inclusion that Avalanche Kidz strives to instill in every player.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Boston Bruins, SCORE Boston Hockey, Wendell, Northeastern University, the event organizers, Stéphane, and the Raso family for their dedication to making *Pass The Torch Showcase* a reality and for inspiring the next generation of hockey players. Happy 100 years and to 100 more!
